Shayden had his first big boy haircut this weekend after a year of Chris and I attempting to trim it when necessary. He was really excited when we got there and was definitely talking up the experiance but when it came to getting in the chair and putting on his cape it turned ugly. He basically had to be held down by Chris until we got a lollipop in his mouth and he realized this crazy lady with the scissors wasn't going to hurt him. The sad moment came when he was all done and we realized our baby was now a little boy.

What a big boy Shayden! And yes, I can relate to the haircut experience.
And suckers are so necessary, but oh so gross, with little hair clipping all over it while you watch your toddler stick it in his mouth. Yummy.
